We had an overall good experience here. I liked the rooms, the automated blinds were nice and so was the view of the city. The bed was kinda uncomfortable but good enough. Also kinda hate the “carpet” it’s more like plastic yoga mat material and hurt our feet. We came for an anniversary and they went out of their way to write us a special note and leave chocolate which I loved. I ordered $65 bottle of champagne and they did charge me for the $100 one so just make sure to double check your invoice. I was given a refund. Ordered coffee and a ham crossiant from the robots, coffee was good but croissant cold which kinda freaked me out to eat cold deli meat like that. Valet was more like $113 instead of $90 so beware of that. Loved the rooftop and view of the water! Tacos were good too. Definitely has some things to work on but was fun to go. Not sure if I would stay again but still recommend checking it out one time :)

Absolutely loved our stay at LUMA Hotel San Francisco. We stayed for 2 nights and everything exceeded expectations. The rooms were modern, spotless, comfortable, and had an upscale feel while still being relaxing and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious too. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and honestly one of the highlights of the trip. But the best part of the experience had to be the service robots. Such a fun and unique touch that made the stay unforgettable. Watching the robots deliver items throughout the hotel was seriously one of the coolest parts of staying there. The staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive the entire time. Overall, such a unique and enjoyable experience in San Francisco. We will definitely be coming back.

Great, new, clean hotel in a nice location. The floors of the room are some strange plastic material, which seems very easy to clean and keep clean, but feels strange to walk on; comes off as rather cheap for the setting. The bathroom used a sliding door, instead of an actual door, but it got a decent seal, though couldn't lock. The bathroom also had a window into the room with a blackout shade system. The fitness room was well-equipped. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

We moved to Luma after a night in a terrible hotel, and what a difference it made. Nick gave us a warm, friendly welcome at check-in, the staff were incredibly helpful, the rooms were fantastic, and the food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant Cavaña were excellent. Even with several Christmas parties going on, the team still found us a table quickly. A genuinely great experience from start to finish. Wish we'd left the other hotel sooner!

The ONLY hotel I have ever stayed in that offers a room configuration that has 2 King beds and it is absolutely the best for a family/couples traveling. Loved that. Plus, most comfortable beds/pillows I’ve ever slept on. Great stay, walking distance to Chase arena , loved everything about this place.
